Excavations at Tel Achzib
The photo above is from my time under the tutelege of Dr. Dale Manor in an archaeology class where we would excavate at 'Tel Achzib'.
Loosely translated to 'False Ruin', Tel Achzib is the creation of Dr. Manor for use in teaching based off of the actual dig sites he has been in charge of in Israel (Tel Beth Shemesh).
Below is an example of one of my finds: A small bead left at the holy place and tomb of the site. This would have potentially been used for ceremonial purposes.

The Ever Present Narrative: Observing Similarities Across Ancient Cultures’ Beliefs Around Death Using Archaeology
This was my senior seminar paper at Harding University. Researched and written by me, I am proud of what I have done but I do realize there are ways I can better my work on this topic.
This paper is currently in the preprint stage of publishing.
